Partnerships Specialist

About the Role

REEF Group is seeking a Partnerships Specialist to join its Marketing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves executing marketing partnership activations and joint campaigns, coordinating with both external partners and internal teams, and ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and align with brand guidelines. The specialist will report directly to the Partnerships Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved marketing partnership activation plans.
• Coordinate with external partners to fulfill activation requirements and agreed commitments.
• Collaborate with brand, design, content, and social media teams to prepare activation materials.
• Manage activation timelines and follow up on campaign deliverables.
• Support partnership events, promotions, and joint marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all activation activities and materials align with brand identity and standards.
• Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and sales generated through partnerships.
• Prepare regular reports on activation progress, results, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Document activation outcomes, approved materials, and operational agreements.
• Identify opportunities to improve partner experience and campaign execution.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in partnership activation or a similar marketing role. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage and execute marketing initiatives effectively.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within the Marketing team, collaborating closely with various internal departments and external partners to achieve partnership objectives.
