The Role of Partnerships Specialist

Sarj is seeking a Partnerships Specialist to manage and expand its strategic partnerships. This full-time role involves bringing a structured approach to managing multiple partnership projects and serving as the primary contact for partners. The specialist will coordinate internally across various teams to fulfill commitments and identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships, acting as the main point of contact and driving partner engagement.
• Oversee multiple partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment of timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and deepen collaboration.
• Represent Sarj professionally to partners and external stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver on partnership commitments.
• Track partnership performance, maintain accurate records, and report on progress and outcomes.
• Implement clear processes, ownership, and follow-through to ensure structured partnership management.

Required Experience

• Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience.
