About the Role

TAWANTECH is seeking an experienced Product Manager - Payment Solutions & Cash Management to lead strategic initiatives across payments and cash management. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong Saudi banking/payments experience, hands-on product expertise, and a proven track record of delivering initiatives from ideation through launch and post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives in payment solutions and cash management. This includes leading projects through their entire lifecycle, from initial concept development and planning to successful launch and subsequent post-implementation management.

Required Product and Payments Expertise

Candidates must demonstrate strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas, coupled with a good understanding of the others:

• Corporate Cash Management & Liquidity
• Payments & Payment Rails
• Collections, POS & E-commerce Acquiring
• Cards & Digital Wallets

Mandatory Saudi Market Experience

This role requires specific and mandatory experience within the Saudi market, including:

• Experience working in a Saudi bank, licensed PSP, or payments company
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with SAMA regulations and approval processes
• Experience with Saudi payment infrastructure, including:
  • SARIE & Saudi Payments
  • mada & SADAD
  • ZATCA (Fatoora)
  • Mudad & Nafath
  • Open Banking

Industry Knowledge and Tools

The successful candidate will have knowledge and proficiency in the following areas:

• Strong understanding of ISO 20022, SWIFT, APIs, and payment integrations
• Knowledge of AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, PCI DSS, and data privacy
• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling
• Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare executive-level presentations
