Role Overview

Lenovo is seeking a PD Supervisor to support the daily operations of the production department. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for ensuring that all manufacturing activities operate smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. The supervisor will assist in coordinating production schedules, monitoring performance, implementing quality and safety procedures, and supporting process improvements to achieve production targets and enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in policy and process formulation to align production with company goals.
• Improve operational mechanisms and quality systems.
• Coordinate production resources to fulfill daily production plans.
• Utilize Lean Production and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes for improved efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Conduct continuous training to enhance team members’ skills.
• Assist the production manager with other management-related assignments.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the PD Supervisor position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. A strong background in production operations and a demonstrated ability to implement efficiency and quality improvements are essential for this role.
