The People Operations Internship

Keenfinity Group is seeking a motivated and proactive People Operations Intern to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time internship is designed for Saudi nationals and recent graduates, offering an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international HR operations and cross-functional project work within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the review and redesign of HR processes, policies, and practices, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Assist with HR administration and payroll processes, taking ownership of a dedicated area of responsibility.
• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Contribute to various HR projects, including employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Finance, IT, and Operations teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Proactive and motivated approach to work.
• Eligibility for an internship role as a Saudi national.
