The Performance Improvement Practice

The Performance Improvement practice at AlixPartners is experiencing significant growth. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to projects for top-tier clients, including household brands across various sectors such as Retail, Energy, Real Estate, Investment Funds, and Aerospace & Defence. The practice also advises leading private equity firms on accelerating value creation within their portfolio companies and on transaction-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a crucial component of specialist teams on projects across diverse industries.
• Support the end-to-end delivery of performance improvement projects.
• Conduct operational diagnostics and implement supply-chain optimization strategies.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and perform financial modeling to quantify impact and support decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as required by specific projects or needs.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and remote environments.
• Physical ability to sit or stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. AlixPartners supports a hybrid work model. Travel is an inherent part of this position, with frequency varying based on client requirements, team needs, and individual circumstances.
