The Performance Improvement Practice

The Performance Improvement practice at AlixPartners is experiencing significant growth. This role offers an opportunity to develop a long-term career within a team that advises top-tier, household brands across diverse sectors, as well as leading private equity firms. The focus is on accelerating value creation within portfolio companies and supporting transaction-related matters. This position is a crucial component of specialist teams working on projects across industries such as Retail, Energy, Real Estate, Investment Funds, and Aerospace & Defence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end delivery of performance improvement projects.
• Conduct operational diagnostics.
• Optimise supply chains.
• Implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Perform financial modelling to quantify impact and support decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours as project needs arise.
• Ability to work full-time in both office and remote environments.
• Physical ability to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.

Work Environment

AlixPartners operates a hybrid work model, combining in-person work (at client sites or AlixPartners offices) with remote working to support work-life integration. Travel is a component of this position, with frequency varying based on client, team, and individual circumstances.
