Performance Monitoring Engineer

About the Role

Ericsson is seeking a Performance Monitoring Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on monitoring and analyzing Mobile Core Network performance across CS, PS, IMS, IN, and International networks. The primary objective is to ensure service quality, capacity readiness, and compliance with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze network KPIs, investigate performance degradations, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform capacity assessments and traffic forecasting, including readiness planning for peak periods such as Hajj, Ramadan, and Eid.
• Monitor the performance of International voice, roaming, MVNO, and national roaming services.
• Configure and maintain Performance Statistical Alarms, reports, and dashboards.
• Assess the impact of network changes, upgrades, and expansions on performance.
• Prepare Service Level Agreement (SLA), governance, and Service Impact Reports.
• Support cross-functional teams, contribute to performance improvement initiatives, and develop automation use cases.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in mobile core network performance monitoring and analysis.
