Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and managing a comprehensive framework for performance monitoring and reporting across projects, ensuring accurate and consistent tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.

Role Overview

The Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer will be responsible for analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, advising on KPIs, and providing regular reports to senior management. The position involves close collaboration with department heads to implement action plans and coordinate with the IT department to maintain reporting systems. This role also includes leading a performance monitoring team and ensuring compliance with established quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework for projects.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of performance data.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Advise on appropriate KPIs and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on performance against targets and goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop action plans to address performance issues and enhance overall performance.
• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure optimal functioning of performance monitoring and reporting systems.
• Stay current with industry best practices in performance monitoring and reporting.
• Train and mentor staff in performance monitoring and reporting techniques and best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of performance monitoring and reporting professionals.
• Ensure continuous compliance with Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive performance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify actionable insights.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of professionals.
