Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and implementing frameworks for performance monitoring and reporting across projects, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance monitoring and reporting framework for projects.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.
• Ensure that performance data is accurate, reliable, and consistent.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Advise on KPIs and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on performance against targets and goals.
• Work closely with department heads to develop action plans to address performance issues and improve overall performance.
• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure that performance monitoring and reporting systems are functioning optimally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in performance monitoring and reporting.
• Train and mentor staff in performance monitoring and reporting techniques and best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of performance monitoring and reporting professionals.
• Inform themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensure continued compliance with these requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive monitoring frameworks.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of professionals.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in advising on KPIs and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior management and collaborating with department heads.
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in performance monitoring and reporting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active participation in project performance oversight and reporting.
