About the Role

E-Solutions is seeking a Performance Tester Load Runner for a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining performance testing solutions to ensure application quality and efficiency.

Role Overview

The Performance Tester will be responsible for implementing end-to-end performance testing strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and driving improvements in application performance. The role requires deep hands-on experience with performance testing tools and methodologies, particularly Load Runner.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply deep hands-on experience in Load Runner / Load Runner cloud and end-to-end test architecture.
• Conduct Web and API performance testing using Load Runner and JMeter, identifying response times, breakdowns, and threshold points for applications or microservices.
• Define and drive enterprise performance test strategy, standards, and governance aligned with SLA/KPIs.
• Drive capacity planning, performance forecasting, and scalability assessments as applicable.
• Create, script, and execute performance test frameworks, utilizing knowledge of performance analysis tools.
• Perform non-functional testing, including load, volume, stress, and back-out testing.
• Debug and identify performance bottlenecks, individually driving end-to-end performance testing efforts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in performance testing.
• Proven experience in Load Runner / Load Runner cloud and end-to-end test architecture.
• Experience with Web and API performance testing using Load Runner and JMeter.
• Background in performance test framework creation, scripting, and execution.
• Knowledge of performance analysis tools.
• Experience in non-functional testing (load, volume, stress, back-out).
