Role Summary

Foodsmith is seeking a Photographer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of food, beverages, interiors, events, and brand moments, ensuring all visuals align with Foodsmith’s established identity and standards. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and design teams to produce visual content that supports menus, campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional photographs for company events, products, marketing initiatives, and social media platforms.
• Plan and prepare photo shoots, including the setup of lighting, backgrounds, and necessary equipment.
• Edit and retouch images using photo-editing software to enhance overall quality and consistency.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital photo library.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing and design teams to achieve creative goals and project objectives.
• Ensure all photographic content adheres to the company’s brand and style guidelines.
• Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it remains functional and in good condition.
• Execute day-to-day tasks including planning and conducting photo shoots, styling and lighting scenes, editing and retouching images, and preparing files for digital and print use.
• Stay informed about current photography trends, techniques, and equipment advancements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong photography skills, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing food, product, or lifestyle work.
• Proficiency in photo editing and retouching software, including Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Proven experience as a Photographer or in a similar visual content creation role.
• Experience with studio and natural lighting techniques, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to plan and execute photo shoots, including basic styling and set organization.
• Familiarity with creating content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing materials.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaborative skills and comfort working closely with culinary, operations, and marketing teams.
• Relevant education or training in photography, visual arts, media, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Work Environment and Additional Requirements

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires flexibility to work on weekends or evenings for special events as needed. Candidates must be able to work effectively within the local environment and adhere to all workplace policies and regulations.
