About the Role

CTS Group is seeking a Planner to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing project schedules, ensuring timely delivery, and identifying potential risks early in the process. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and baselines.
• Build work breakdown structures and logic-linked programs.
• Track progress, update actuals, and analyze variance against baseline.
• Perform critical path and delay analysis, and flag schedule risks.
• Produce progress reports, look-aheads, and schedule dashboards.
• Coordinate schedule inputs with project, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Support resource and milestone planning and integration.
• Maintain schedule records and support claims and change management processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven planning and scheduling experience on large-scale projects.
• Fluency in planning tools.
