The Role: Plant Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Plant Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our fleet. The primary purpose of this position is to monitor daily fleet movement and coordinate effectively with the service team to facilitate all required maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document fleet mobilization and demobilization according to the required schedule.
  • Monitor and update daily fleet activity reports, including idle time, service, and repairs.
  • Oversee the execution of scheduled daily maintenance.
  • Ensure that all fleet units are properly identified and licensed.
  • Follow up with operation and transport teams on plant mobilization and demobilization.
  • Document and follow up on plant failures.
  • Assign tasks to drivers and operators and monitor their performance.
  • Monitor daily timesheets for fleet operators and drivers.
  • Record and follow up on daily transport requests.
  • Coordinate with central project workshops and follow up on fleet services and repairs.
  • Ensure that plant units are ready for site mobilization or demobilization.
  • Monitor and complete all required transfer documents.
  • Interact with the workshop regarding daily operational matters for plant units.
  • Assist the Transport & Operations team with fleet mobilization and demobilization.
  • Complete all vehicle and plant records, maintaining and updating their data on the system.
  • Follow up on plant and vehicle certification, registration, and permit renewals.
  • Prepare documents and inspect completed work for compliance with standards.
  • Maintain and update daily fleet activities.
  • Ensure that monthly plant activity reports are completed on time.
  • Monitor and record daily activity reports from third-party plant suppliers.
  • Follow up with concerned project personnel to complete and discharge documents on time.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in plant operations coordination or fleet management.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
