The Role of Rental Fleet Coordinator
The Rental Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating rental fleet operations to ensure efficiency and optimal utilization. This full-time position, based in Al Jubail, involves overseeing rental agreements, tracking assets, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate timely equipment delivery and return. The role is crucial for maintaining accurate records and supporting overall operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all rental fleet activities, including scheduling, delivery, and pickup of equipment.
- Manage rental contracts, ensuring full compliance with established terms and conditions.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth rental operations.
- Maintain precise records of rental fleet inventory, usage, and current status.
- Track the performance of rental equipment and report any identified issues or damages promptly.
- Ensure all rental operations adhere strictly to company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
- Assist in the timely resolution of any rental disputes or discrepancies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on rental fleet utilization, associated costs, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a closely related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in rental fleet coordination or asset management is required.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in fleet management and rental software systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to multitask effectively and handle customer service interactions professionally.
- Solid knowledge of safety standards and compliance relevant to fleet operations.
Work Location and Type
