Platform Administrator

About the Role

Midis Group is seeking a Platform Administrator to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Platform Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the underlying systems and infrastructure that support relevant data management and analytics solutions, ensuring the platform remains stable, secure, and performs optimally.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain various components of the platform.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement resolutions.
• Implement security measures to protect the platform and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage and maintain the platform's storage and backup systems.
• Ensure the platform's resiliency, availability, and recovery capabilities.
• Automate and script platform-related tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Manage and maintain the platform's network infrastructure, monitoring, and logging systems.
• Collaborate with other teams, including Development and Operations, to align the platform with organizational goals.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve platform performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain documentation for platform installation, upgrades, and testing.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the platform’s low- and high-level design, architecture, and operational aspects.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a foundational understanding of system administration and infrastructure management.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Midis Group. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal teams to achieve shared objectives.
