PMO Manager Electromechanical Project

About the Role

Raissy Trading and Contracting Company is seeking a PMO Manager for Electromechanical Projects to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the Project Management Office functions specifically for electromechanical projects, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of electromechanical projects and ensure alignment with established project plans.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project schedules, progress reports, and performance dashboards.
• Track project budgets, costs, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support project planning, documentation, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare management reports and provide regular project status updates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO or project coordination within electromechanical projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Required Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
