About the Role

Imploy is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead its Project Management Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the successful governance, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization.

Role Purpose and Impact

The PMO Manager will establish project management standards, optimize portfolio performance, and provide leadership to project managers. This position requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in project governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement within complex business environments. The successful candidate will ensure all project activities align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the successful delivery of strategic projects and programs.
  • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, policies, and best practices.
  • Oversee the organization's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, resource allocation, and overall performance.
  • Establish project management standards, templates, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and monitor project KPIs, dashboards, and executive performance reports.
  • Identify project risks and dependencies and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Support project managers in planning, execution, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Facilitate portfolio review meetings and provide recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Optimize project resource utilization and capacity planning across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and promote project management best practices.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop Project Managers and PMO team members.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on PMO leadership.
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.
  • Saudi Nationality is required for this position.
