About the Powder Coating Sales Specialist Role
Manar Electricity Industry is seeking a motivated and results-driven Powder Coating Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving business growth within the powder coating and industrial manufacturing sectors through effective B2B sales strategies and strong customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the powder coating and industrial manufacturing market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and sell powder coating products and solutions to manufacturers, fabricators, and industrial clients.
- Conduct customer visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable coating solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in powder coating, industrial coatings, paints, or manufacturing sales.
- A strong understanding of powder coating products, applications, and industrial processes is preferred.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves direct client interaction, including site visits, requiring travel within the region. The company operates within the industrial sector, focusing on electricity industry applications.
