Power BI & Dashboard Consultant (Data Analytics)

About the Role

Assystem Radicon is seeking a skilled Power BI & Dashboard Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing business intelligence solutions and management dashboards. The consultant will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights and supporting reporting requirements across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create advanced data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
• Develop analytical reports and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Build and optimize data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain reports using BI Publisher.
• Support integration and reporting requirements from Oracle Unifier and Primavera P6 environments.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with project controls, engineering, and business teams to deliver meaningful insights and performance metrics.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in Power BI and dashboard development.

Highly Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Unifier reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience integrating data from Primavera P6, Unifier, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Understanding of project controls, planning, and portfolio management processes.
• Experience in engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or construction projects.
