About Mindware and the Role
Mindware is seeking a Pre Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves acting as a key technical advisor and coordinator for the sales team, focusing on solution design and technical support throughout the sales lifecycle.
Role Purpose and Contribution
The Pre-Sales Engineer is accountable for advising and coordinating with the Sales team on all technical issues. This includes account penetration strategies, pre-sales implementations, solution design, and training. The role requires a technical expert who can build strong relationships with partners and customers, driving business through various technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in the technical and solutions design of company products and services.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement account penetration strategies and achieve set targets.
- Create specific accounts for products, services, and sales plans pertaining to the company's offerings.
- Support and advise on the technical aspects of the sales lifecycle, including technical qualification, presentation of solution proposals, high-level designs, and demonstrations.
- Run, manage, and drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs), closing opportunities from a pre-sales and implementation perspective.
- Build sound relationships with partners and customers in support of sales objectives.
- Lead technical sales calls.
- Manage the adoption, integration, and value generation of offered products and services within customer and partner businesses and their related IT infrastructure.
- Complete required pre-sales documentation in a quick and accurate manner.
Education and Experience Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory capacity.
Technical Support and System Utilization
This role involves developing content, training, and supporting partners and customers. The Pre-Sales Engineer will respond to after-hours support queries during assigned rotations and escalate issues if needed. Efficient utilization of available systems, such as *********** CRM for leads, opportunity, and deal registration management, is essential for output efficiency and standardization.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with the sales team and direct engagement with partners and customers to achieve business objectives.
