Pharma Medical is seeking a Pricing Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for shaping pricing strategies and maintaining a competitive edge within the industry. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to analyze pricing trends and competitor strategies, utilizing advanced analytics tools to inform pricing decisions and enhance market positioning.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market demands.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional pricing strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve desired financial outcomes.
• Prepare comprehensive pricing reports and presentations for senior management, clearly articulating the rationale behind pricing decisions and their expected impact on revenue.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide pricing support, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to effectively communicate pricing models to clients.
• Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact pricing strategies, proactively adapting approaches to remain compliant and competitive.
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving pricing processes and systems, utilizing project management skills to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Train and mentor junior staff on pricing techniques and methodologies, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 4+years of relevant experience. The role requires strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences. Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies is essential.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 15,000 to SAR 18,750.
