The Role: Principal/Associate Structural Engineer

This full-time position is for an experienced Principal/Associate Structural Engineer to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working on structural design projects within KSA and the broader region. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural calculations for various materials using appropriate software.
• Work across diverse sectors, including Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, and Critical Systems.
• Monitor and review the work of engineers and technicians.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in structural engineering within a consultancy setting.
• Proficiency in design and modeling software such as Etabs, Safe, SAP, Robot, Prokon, and IDEA StatiCa.
• Familiarity with producing design solutions in multiple materials, including steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry.
• Chartered status (MIStructE) or actively working towards Chartership.
• Knowledge of Building Codes (UAE/KSA) and international codes.
• Experience in preparing structural calculations, design reports, and presentations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated initiative in overcoming challenges.

Advantageous Skills

• Knowledge of parametric design and associated programs.
