About the Role

Adobe is seeking a Principal Programme Manager, Professional Services, to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is one of the most senior programme delivery positions within Adobe Professional Services, focusing on leading the company's largest, most strategic, and complex customer programmes in the Middle East. The successful candidate will serve as the single point of accountability for all Adobe deliverables across these programmes.

Programme Leadership and Integration

This role involves co-leading complex programmes with customer leadership, integrating multiple Adobe service constructs, workstreams, partners, and customer teams through a unified operating model. The Principal Programme Manager will establish the necessary governance, commercial discipline, and delivery rhythm to ensure programmes remain healthy, predictable, and focused on measurable customer value. This includes orchestrating Adobe's cross-functional organization, bringing together Customer Experience (CX) and Creative & Production teams into one integrated Adobe programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end programme leadership as the single point of accountability for Adobe delivery across complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes, co-leading with the customer's programme lead.
  • Mobilise programmes efficiently, establishing the operating model, core team, integrated roadmap, quarterly plan, shared value-scored backlog, RAID and decision log, capacity plan, governance forums, and systems of record.
  • Lead the Adobe Core Team, project managers, and workstream leads, integrating delivery, architecture, Customer Success, transformation, change, and value.
  • Integrate Adobe's Customer Experience and Creative & Production teams into a single programme, orchestrating capabilities such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Firefly, and Firefly Foundry.
  • Chair the Adobe programme leadership rhythm and co-chair customer governance, including Joint Programme Boards, quarterly planning, executive steering committees, and business reviews.
  • Maintain programme health by actively managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, resourcing, dependencies, assumptions, risks, issues, and customer readiness.
  • Drive predictable services revenue and programme financial health through accurate forecasts, resource alignment, cost awareness, invoicing inputs, and commercial change control.
  • Manage contractual and financial milestones through timely customer acceptance and approval, ensuring clear evidence and acceptance criteria.
  • Connect delivery to customer outcomes, KPIs, adoption, and value realisation, ensuring successful transition of capabilities into business as usual.
  • Maintain trusted executive relationships and provide concise, transparent reporting on programme health, value, finances, decisions, escalations, and required leadership action.
  • Support pre-sales and deal shaping by validating the delivery model, roles, governance, estimates, milestones, assumptions, dependencies, acceptance approach, risks, and mobilisation plan.
  • Coach project and programme managers across UKI and the Middle East, contribute reusable programme practices, and enhance complex programme leadership standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in programme management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining programme governance, commercial discipline, and delivery rhythms.
  • Proficiency in integrating cross-functional teams and capabilities, including customer experience and creative production technologies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing programme budgets, forecasts, and revenue.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining executive relationships.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires regular travel across the Middle East, including Dubai and other customer locations. Occasional travel across UKI may also be required as needed. The position involves working within a dynamic environment, supporting Adobe's mission to empower businesses and individuals through creativity and digital transformation, particularly in alignment with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
