Abunayyan Holding is seeking an experienced Process Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading process engineering functions within the water and wastewater treatment sector.

The Process Manager Role

The Process Manager will lead the process engineering function for water, wastewater, and industrial wastewater treatment projects. This role involves providing comprehensive technical leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development and proposal stages through detailed engineering, commissioning support, and final performance validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of optimized water and wastewater treatment solutions.
• Oversee and review process design, calculations, mass balances, hydraulic profiles, PFDs, and P&IDs.
• Perform and review biological process simulations using BioWin and various membrane/RO projection tools.
• Lead and develop Process Engineering teams.
• Select, size, and specify process equipment.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Provide support for design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID studies, commissioning activities, troubleshooting, and plant performance verification.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in process engineering, specifically within water, wastewater, and industrial wastewater treatment projects.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership across the full project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams.

Technical Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency in process design, calculations, mass balances, hydraulic profiles, PFDs, and P&IDs.
• Expertise in biological process simulations, including experience with BioWin and membrane/RO projection tools.
• Strong understanding of process equipment selection, sizing, and specification.
• Experience with design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance verification.
