The Role of Procurement Supervisor

Taam Health is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the Procurement Manager in the day-to-day management of procurement operations. The Procurement Supervisor will oversee supplier order execution, track deliveries, and ensure that procurement processes are consistently followed across various organizational clusters.

Key Responsibilities

Execute purchase orders and manage communication with suppliers for assigned categories.
Track order status and delivery timelines, proactively identifying and flagging any potential delays.
Maintain comprehensive procurement records, contracts, and supplier performance data.
Support vendor evaluation and onboarding processes to ensure efficient integration of new suppliers.
Assist in the development and enforcement of procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the team.
Coordinate with Demand Planning to align purchase volumes effectively with forecasts.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Procurement Supervisor position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field.
