About the Product Consultant Role

Takamol Holding is seeking a Product Consultant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving product vision, strategy, and execution within an agile, squad-based environment.

Role Purpose and Context

The Product Consultant acts as the voice of the customer, serving as a bridge between business goals, customer needs, and technical delivery. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional squads, including Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Customer Support, to ensure products deliver meaningful value, solve customer problems, and continuously improve based on data and feedback. The position combines strategic product ownership, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership in resolving customer and technical issues at their root.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategic roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Translate business objectives and customer insights into clear, actionable initiatives, prioritizing features, enhancements, and fixes based on impact, effort, and customer value.
• Lead one or more cross-functional product squads, ensuring smooth collaboration across Engineering, Design, QA, and Data teams.
• Own the product backlog, including writing and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans, and actively participate in agile ceremonies.
• Oversee and prioritize customer tickets and reported issues, leading root cause analysis for recurring technical or product issues and implementing long-term fixes.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption, and customer satisfaction, collaborating with Product Analysts and Data teams to derive actionable insights from usage data.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders related to your product area, communicating product updates, timelines, and outcomes.
• Mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to improving product management practices across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Analyst in an agile environment.
• Proven ability to own and deliver product roadmaps from concept to launch.
• Strong experience writing and prioritizing user stories and managing backlogs.
• Experience working with squad-based agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
• Demonstrated success in handling customer issues and leading root-cause resolution efforts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights.

Preferred Skills and Background

• Background in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or digital product environments.
• Familiarity with data tools (*, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker) and ticketing/CRM platforms (*, Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce).
