About the Role

Silqfi is seeking a Product Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves building the Buyer App experience in B2B fintech, with a focus on embedded Buy Now Pay Later and Supply Chain Finance solutions. The Product Designer will be the first full-time designer, working directly with the Head of Product and VP Growth to bring B2C-grade design to the B2B sector.

Role Context and Impact

The Product Designer will be instrumental in shaping the user experience for SME owners, ensuring confidence and clarity in financial interactions. This includes designing intuitive processes for credit applications, repayment schedules, and payment issue resolution. The role is positioned to establish design as a core capability, setting standards and processes that will support future banking functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end Buyer App experience, from SME onboarding to providing finance managers with credit utilization insights across web and mobile.
• Adapting established UX/UI patterns from consumer and business credit solutions for the B2B and local market environment.
• Building a consistent, modern design system with a focus on clear aesthetics across the Buyer App, merchant panel, and embedded touchpoints.
• Designing for trust, ensuring merchants understand loan terms and managing complexity without obscuring critical information.
• Establishing design standards, processes, and quality benchmarks that can scale with the company's expansion into broader banking capabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience designing products in high-stakes environments such as financial services, healthcare, or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated experience in shipping live products, moving them from initial concept to production.
• A deep understanding of user needs, particularly for individuals who may find financial terminology intimidating.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to execute design decisions efficiently.
