About the Opportunity

Lobo Management is seeking two dedicated Assistant Managers, Product Marketing, to join a leading Consumer Electronics organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These full-time positions are focused on either Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) or Major Domestic Appliances (MDA), driving product and marketing strategies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market.

Role Purpose and Focus

The primary objective of these roles is to enhance commercial performance and develop robust product portfolios for the assigned appliance category (SDA or MDA). This involves a strong emphasis on market intelligence and strategic planning to meet KSA market demands and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product and marketing strategies for the KSA market.
• Analyze competitor activities, pricing structures, distribution channels, and sales performance.
• Recommend product line-ups that align with market demand and customer preferences.
• Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and e-commerce initiatives with Sales and Dubai-based teams.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and support inventory planning processes.
• Monitor budgets, evaluate Return on Investment (ROI), and track Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
• Support product training programs and facilitate new product launches.
• Coordinate Above-the-Line (ATL), Below-the-Line (BTL), and in-store marketing activities.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in product marketing or a similar commercial role. A strong understanding of the KSA market and consumer landscape is considered a significant advantage for this position.
