About the Role

L'Oréal is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves building and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals, leveraging scientific expertise to enhance brand image and drive product recommendations within the medical community. The Product Specialist will report to the Medical Visit Manager and contribute to patient well-being through targeted engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit targeted doctors to present the scientific value of products and increase prescriptions.
• Represent the brand at medical congresses and events.
• Implement the medical visit plan, utilizing digital and physical promotional tools to deliver personalized messages to healthcare professionals.
• Analyze sector data, competitor activity, and prescription trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Propose strategic action plans to improve results and ensure a strong return on investment.
• Manage visit planning, reporting, and activity monitoring through CRM systems (Veeva).
• Ensure optimal product availability in nearby clinics and pharmacies.
