Product Specialist L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (Central Region)

About the Role

L'Oréal is seeking a Product Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals, utilizing scientific expertise to enhance brand image and drive product recommendations within the medical community. The Product Specialist will report to the Regional Medical Visits Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit targeted doctors to present the scientific value of products and increase prescriptions.
• Represent the brand at medical congresses and events.
• Implement the medical visit plan, utilizing digital and physical promotional tools to deliver personalized messages to healthcare professionals.
• Analyze sector data, competitor activity, and prescription data to identify new business opportunities.
• Propose strategic action plans to improve results and ensure a strong return on investment.
• Manage visit planning, reporting, and activity monitoring through CRM systems (Veeva).
• Ensure optimal product availability in nearby clinics and pharmacies.
