The Role of Product Specialist – PureWick

The Product Specialist – PureWick is responsible for increasing the adoption, utilization, and commercial growth of the PureWick portfolio throughout Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Dammam, or Al Khobar, requires 2-5 years of experience and serves as the clinical and commercial champion for the brand, driving market development, stakeholder engagement, clinical practice transformation, and account expansion to establish PureWick as a standard of care for non-invasive urinary management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase assigned portfolio share and achieve annual budget targets within designated accounts.
  • Generate new sales opportunities across various healthcare organizations and sectors within the assigned territory through direct orders and tenders.
  • Develop and implement strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration and product utilization.
  • Lead account onboarding, stakeholder mapping, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Assist in resolving timely issues that may impact the delivery process in the assigned area.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure hospitals are informed about product availability through sales team communication.
  • Manage relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
  • Identify key opinion leaders within the incontinence community.
  • Ensure appropriate levels of promotion and product awareness are delivered to healthcare professionals in a compliant and ethical manner.
  • Understand and develop all sales channels, responding promptly to customer requests and market demand.
  • Conduct market mapping and customer segmentation.
  • Ensure adherence to BD’s professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred), medical sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare environment, medical devices, healthcare, or clinical sales.
  • Experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, particularly nursing and clinical teams.
  • Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and clinical practice change.
  • Experience in Urgent Care Centers (UCC), Critical Care, Women's Health, or hospital-based solutions is preferred.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential coverage for Dammam and Al Khobar. The role is full-time, and salary details are not disclosed.
