Product Team Lead

About the Role

Globant is seeking an experienced Product Team Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves taking end-to-end ownership of digital products, from initial vision and strategy definition through discovery, roadmap development, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and development through delivery and ongoing optimisation.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear, actionable product priorities.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI, engineering, architecture, and data teams to ensure cohesive product development.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners across various initiatives.
• Utilise customer insights, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform and guide product decisions.
• Manage complex senior stakeholders and align diverse teams around a unified product vision.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in product leadership roles, demonstrating a proven track record in managing digital products.
