About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Program Manager Airports to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to establishing and managing the governance of large portfolios and transitions, specifically within the airports sector. The Program Manager will oversee multiple programs and program managers, potentially including dedicated PMOs, ensuring adherence to DXC standards while meeting client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Program Manager Airports is responsible for the overall governance and coordination of program portfolios. This includes defining and upholding DXC standards across all programs and working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met. The role involves establishing comprehensive structures, standards, processes, documentation, and reporting mechanisms to support the portfolio, customer, and DXC objectives.

• Establish and manage the governance of large portfolios and transitions, encompassing multiple programs and program managers.
• Ensure DXC standards are defined and upheld for each program throughout its duration.
• Coordinate all work delivered by PMOs and establish necessary structures, standards, and processes.
• Emphasize quality and compliance across the portfolio, collaborating with Program Executives to foster a cohesive team.

Program Management Functions

This role involves a broad range of project and program management activities, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.

• Utilize DXC's practice project management process, including scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, cost, budget, change management, and quality assurance.
• Monitor and report on compliance with established standards to ensure program adherence to agreed policies.
• Orchestrate program cadence, ensuring regular stakeholder meetings and timely regulatory submissions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee all aspects of project planning, requirements gathering, scheduling, communications, issue resolution, cost tracking, financial reporting, and change management.
• Implement and maintain processes for relevant, accurate, and complete project documentation, reports, and plans.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze program and project data to support effective decision-making.
• Advise program and project managers on best practices in project methodologies and disciplines, acting as the first point of contact for PMO queries.
• Ensure appropriate quality assurance and risk management processes are in place and operating effectively.
• Influence project managers to manage projects in accordance with DXC's project management standards.
• Direct a PMO team, typically comprising Project Control Analysts, Financial Project Control Analysts, and Schedulers.
• Ensure timely production of program status, financial, and schedule reports by the PMO team.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses a strong ability to manage intricate details and technicalities while maintaining a clear, comprehensive vision of the overall program. This role requires resilience under pressure, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and responsibilities with professionalism.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience in program or portfolio management. This is a full-time position.
