Project Accountant

About the Role

Saudi Services For Electro Mechanic Works Co. SSEM is seeking a Project Accountant to join our team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential project work in other cities such as Al Jubail, Neom, and Medina. The role requires a Saudi national with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the Invoice Validation Procedure is maintained and followed effectively.
• Check and verify invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Check and verify project cash payments.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Team (PMT) to prepare payment priority lists.
• Follow up with the Riyadh Office regarding payments and accounting matters.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure financial oversight.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi national.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project accounting or a related financial role.
• Demonstrated understanding of invoice validation and payment processes.

Work Location

This position is primarily based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should be prepared for potential assignments or travel to other project locations including Al Jubail, Neom, and Medina as required.
