About the Role

LanceSoft Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Accounting Manager – Project Costing & Management for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for leading the financial management and cost control of capital projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets and governance requirements.

Role Overview

The Project Accounting Manager will oversee project budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The position supports informed decision-making by working closely with Project Managers and Project Controls teams, identifying financial risks and cost overruns, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal policies. This role provides financial insights crucial for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Monitor project expenditures, commitments, and cash flows.
• Conduct cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare project financial reports and performance dashboards.
• Perform Cost-to-Complete (CTC), Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), and lifecycle cost analysis.
• Manage financial governance, project funding, and capital expenditure (CAPEX).
• Integrate with project controls to align cost, schedule, progress, risks, and earned value metrics.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project accounting, project costing, and financial management within a project-driven environment.

Work Environment

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves collaboration with various project teams and adherence to established financial governance frameworks.
