Project Coordinator

About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the T&L Projects team on the SAP system, coordinating with various departments, and managing project documentation and requisitions. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in facilitating and maintaining updates for ongoing T&L Projects. This includes managing documentation requirements and requisitions, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and supporting the overall project lifecycle within the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project quotations and raise purchase requisitions as required.
• Monitor project purchase orders and follow up proactively with Central Procurement.
• Track purchase requisitions within the system and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with Engineering Stores to process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and service entries for completed work.
• Liaise with HO Shared Services regarding invoices for completed projects.
• Coordinate with HO Finance on new and exceptional CAPEX approvals and process approved orders in the system.
• Coordinate monthly project performance reviews and Health & Safety meetings.
• Arrange visit visas for foreign consultants and engineers.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in using the SAP system.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the T&L Projects team and various internal departments to ensure efficient project execution and documentation.
