• Lead the delivery of a high-rise / supertall tower project, ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld at every stage.
• Foster strong client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service and acting as the primary point of contact.
• Build and manage high-performing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule, while meeting client requirements and business objectives.

Project Execution and Leadership

• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including design management, construction supervision, cost control, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Drive innovation, sustainability, and digital best practices in project delivery.
• Represent WSP at senior-level meetings and within broader industry forums as required.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project leadership, with a focus on high-rise or supertall tower projects.
