Project Director

About the Role

Elegancia Arabia is seeking a Project Director to manage large to mega-scale finishing and fit-out projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will oversee all operational, technical, commercial, and financial aspects of assigned projects from mobilization through to completion and final handover.

Project Leadership

The Project Director will provide strategic leadership across all phases of project execution. This involves managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery in line with client expectations and required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all phases of project execution.
• Manage large, complex finishing and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality, safety, and contractual performance.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation and recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual obligations, and KSA regulations.
• Present progress reports and critical project updates to senior management.
• Ensure successful delivery in line with the client’s expectations and required quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record in leading large to mega-scale finishing and fit-out projects.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on projects within the region.
