Project Director

About the Role

MOBCO Group is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead major construction developments in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing large-scale projects from inception through to handover, ensuring successful delivery within established parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution of major construction projects from inception to handover.
• Direct project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site management.
• Ensure delivery within approved schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE standards.
• Oversee planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, finishing, commissioning, and close-out.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, project risks, resources, and project controls.
• Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance throughout project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in civil engineering or architecture, with extensive experience in large-scale construction projects.

• A minimum of 25 years of experience in civil engineering or architecture.
• Proven track record in delivering mega and giga projects.
• Specific experience in developments such as shopping malls, luxury hotels, high-rise towers, and other complex, large-scale projects.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in project leadership.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires leadership in the delivery of significant construction developments within the region.
