About the Role

Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Project Director / Construction Director to lead a major, complex stadium project in Riyadh. This full-time role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects from execution through to testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Project Leadership

The Project Director will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and successful delivery of a significant stadium development. This includes ensuring all phases of the project, from initial construction to final operational readiness, are completed to the required standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution phase of a major, complex stadium project.
• Oversee all testing and commissioning activities to ensure project functionality.
• Manage the handover process upon project completion.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with established timelines and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project leadership roles within the construction industry.
• Extensive experience with top-tier international or regional main contractors.
• Demonstrated background in joint venture management.
• Proven track record of delivering mega-scale venue developments.
