About the Role

Initial Facilities Management is seeking a Project Health Safety Environment Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading and overseeing all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities for projects, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Role Overview

The Project Health Safety Environment Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive HSE frameworks. The role requires a proactive approach to risk management, incident investigation, and the promotion of a strong safety culture across operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in an HSE management capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits.
• Investigate incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Lead safety training initiatives and promote a strong safety culture among employees.
• Monitor HSE performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Ensure proper emergency preparedness and environmental protection measures are in place.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HSE management role, with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management principles, and safety procedures.
