Project Manager Cloud & Networking

About the Role

HRsource is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Cloud and Networking solutions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working with enterprise and regulated clients within a solutions integration business. The role focuses on managing complex cloud and network transformations.

Project Scope

The Project Manager will oversee cloud migration, hybrid infrastructure, and enterprise networking projects. These projects will span various technologies, including AWS, Azure, GCP, SD-WAN, firewalls, and load balancers. Collaboration will be required across cloud architects, network engineers, and security teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud migration and networking projects.
• Manage migration roadmaps, cutover planning, and disaster recovery/failover testing.
• Oversee vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with cloud providers, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and network hardware suppliers.
• Coordinate data center/colocation activities and network cutovers.
• Maintain migration runbooks and governance documentation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Solutions Integration.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise networking.
• Familiarity with Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker/Kubernetes, and Zero Trust architecture is considered a plus.
• Cloud or networking certifications (*, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, CCNA/CCNP) are preferred.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
