About the Role

As a Principal Project Manager within Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery at Microsoft Frontier Company, you will lead complex consulting engagements for customers across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves guiding customers through the adoption of artificial intelligence and Microsoft cloud technologies to transform their operations. You will ensure alignment between business goals, technical solutions, and change plans from initiation through rollout, helping customers realize measurable value from their technology investments.

Role Context and Impact

This position involves orchestrating virtual teams, managing project scope, schedule, and budget, and facilitating the necessary changes for customers to achieve desired outcomes. You will serve as a key connector between executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical teams, translating needs into clear delivery plans and managing risks and issues. The role contributes to the growth of Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery by helping customers leverage Microsoft platforms effectively, while upholding principles of delivery excellence and responsible AI use.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the direction of solution deliveries for strategic customers throughout the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring secure, high-quality execution from envisioning and solution design through deployment and adoption.
• Drive project initiation and planning for large, complex, or highly visible engagements by confirming scope, building detailed work breakdown structures, aligning resources across workstreams, and establishing clear expectations with stakeholders.
• Lead contracting activities for customer and partner resources, including briefing partners, coordinating candidate selection, aligning them to delivery goals, and overseeing amendments, delivery acceptance, and invoicing in line with compliance standards.
• Orchestrate and monitor key performance, quality, risk, and financial metrics for large, complex projects; proactively manage risks and issues, and drive recovery and escalation resolution when needed.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer and internal stakeholders, representing the customer voice, leading steering or governance forums, and communicating project health, value realization, and next-step opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly within technology solutions delivery. The position requires a professional who can navigate complex engagements and manage diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
