Emdad By Elm is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in project management, focusing on technology projects from initiation through delivery.

Role Summary

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the agreed scope. This role involves effective coordination between technical teams and various business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate with software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and quality assurance teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Track project KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and business objectives.
• Manage vendors, third-party suppliers, and external partners when required.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Support change management activities and promote smooth project adoption.
