About the Role

Globant is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of enterprise website platforms. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is integral to a complex digital program.

Role Context and Objectives

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process for enterprise website platforms. This involves coordinating various workstreams and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and according to defined scope and financial parameters. The role requires a hands-on approach to project management within a fixed-price environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple parallel workstreams, including Web, CMS, Integrations, Data, and QA.
• Coordinate large, globally distributed teams across different time zones.
• Own delivery plans, manage dependencies, and track project milestones.
• Collaborate closely with Tech Leads to ensure technical feasibility and proper sequencing of tasks.
• Enforce delivery governance, particularly within a fixed-price project structure.
• Track project financials, including burn rate, forecasts, and variance, and identify potential risks early.
• Ensure that all work proceeds strictly against approved scope and designs.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant project management role, specifically within technical or digital program delivery.
