About the Role

Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager Construction (Fit Out F&B & Retail) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the successful execution of fit-out, F&B, retail, and commercial construction projects from concept to handover. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely completion.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective coordination with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. We are looking for professionals with 5-10 years of project management experience, particularly in fit-out, retail, hospitality, and F&B construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee fit-out and construction projects from concept to handover.
• Manage the construction of restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and commercial spaces, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
• Review drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and contractor submissions.
• Manage project procurement activities and monitor material delivery schedules.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout all project phases.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience managing fit-out projects for restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, hospitality, or commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, fit-out works, project planning, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), interior fit-out, and finishing works.
• 5-10 years of relevant project management experience.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience managing the construction of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, retail outlets, and commercial interiors will be highly preferred. Experience from restaurant chains, cafe brands, retail developers, fit-out contractors, or construction companies delivering multi-site rollout projects is also advantageous. Experience in the GCC region, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.
