Project Manager Facade

About the Role

Teef Najd Group is seeking a Project Manager Facade to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing and coordinating all aspects of facade projects, from initial planning through execution and final delivery. The Project Manager will ensure project objectives are met with high quality and on schedule, focusing on claims management, variations, cost reduction, and scope expansions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, and define key milestones.
• Coordinate with the Project Control Manager to develop and update project schedules using project management software, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions for delays.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, track actual costs against forecasts, and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or timelines.
• Analyze potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure compliance with standards and specifications through regular site inspections.
• Supervise project teams, provide guidance, allocate responsibilities among site managers, engineers, and supervisors, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors, review and approve change orders, variations, and claims, and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring full awareness of communication protocols.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators for project operational plans, analyze project performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve KPIs.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Procurement to ensure timely availability of materials, maintain inventory control, and optimize resource distribution.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, implement site safety protocols, and conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and local laws, coordinating with governmental authorities for necessary approvals.
• Supervise project closeout, ensuring completion of all technical and administrative requirements, final inspections, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Submit periodic and milestone reports on project progress, costs, and risks to management.
• Contribute to securing new projects or additional scope works, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within the facade industry.
• Advanced knowledge of the field of work and company business activities.
• Experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring active management of project teams and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
