Alujain Corp. is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Fitout to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading and overseeing all phases of fitout projects from concept through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Project Manager will provide strategic leadership, meticulous budget oversight, and effective stakeholder engagement across all assigned fitout projects. This role is central to ensuring timely and professional execution within defined scope and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the master plan for fitout projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and design intent.
• Provide strategic, technical, and operational guidance to project teams for timely and professional execution within scope and budget.
• Manage project budgets effectively, minimizing risks, controlling costs, maximizing value, and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved designs, specifications, schedules, and safety regulations.
• Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring seamless transitions between all phases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support successful project outcomes.
• Implement and enforce project management plans in line with company standards and client expectations.
• Oversee final project stages, ensuring all deliverables meet contractual and quality standards.
• Secure all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams, reviewing and approving contractor submittals, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and as-built documentation.
• Ensure all materials and installations meet technical specifications and industry quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate all site-related contractual activities, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and internal departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on fitout, construction, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability in project planning, execution, budget control, and stakeholder coordination.
• In-depth understanding of fitout-specific regulations, safety codes, and quality standards.
