The Project Manager Role

KAJ Projects is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position where the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing fit-out projects from initiation through to successful completion. The core focus of this role involves managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure efficient and high-standard delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and regularly update comprehensive project plans.
• Monitor project progress diligently against established milestones.
• Manage procurement and expediting activities to ensure timely acquisition.
• Supervise all inspections and quality checks throughout project phases.
• Manage logistics to ensure the timely availability of necessary materials and resources.
• Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation.
• Proactively address and resolve project risks and issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industries.
• Prior experience in luxury or high-end projects is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment.

Work Environment

This full-time position requires an on-site presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate within a dynamic and collaborative setting, engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment to achieve project objectives.
